You have nailed my style exactly!     I also do "aging hippie," "aging 80's alternateen," and just plain "aging."  I had to buy a halfway decent sweater to wear to a funeral recently, so I wouldn't look like a bum.  I tried for so long to look girly and cute for other people, but this is how I'm most comfortable, and it makes me happy.
