Rollercoaster ups and downs, back and forth

Hi all -

This rollercoaster ride is awesome and terrifying and terrible on any given day for me?  Can you relate?

Hey Ladies! 

I am on the proverbial rollercoaster ride!! First, there is just the ups and downs of the hormones effects - the ups are so AWESOME, the downs a bit low, then there are the social things: fearfulness, looks, not being out yet, but the ones that tear me apart are the family/friend ones when you agree on things, or try to and then this changes - it absolutely destroys me emotionally.  Tears, fears, pain, tearing myself down, and eating!!  All not wanted things!

How do you handle the down times?
