1. Do you/did you have bottom dysphoria?
2. If you do, how does it (did it) manifest?
3. Did going on hormones alleviate it?
4. Did it get stronger after taking care of "more urgent issues" (chest, name, hormones, transitioning etc.)? Meaning, did it start to bother you more after you were alright on all the other aspects?
5. Are/were you still able to enjoy sex/masturbate?
6. Do you have methods that help you to deal with it? (i.e. packing, tucking, keeping eyes closed while having sex...) Do you have some tips you'd like to share with others?
7. Do you think bottom dysphoria is more of an issue for AMABs for similar reasons as chest is an issue for AFABs? (i.e. fear of something showing, needing to cover, "extra stuff" hanging in there) Or do you think it's as common for both?
8. Have you had (or do you plan to have) any bottom surgery? Why/why not? Did it help with dysphoria?
1.Yes, I have severe bottom dysphoria.
2.Disgust and repulsion of that rubbish I am plagued with, feeling inadequate, feeling humiliated by having this, the wish to destroy it, aggression.
3.No, it made it worse because I have a libido to deal with on T now which I didn't have before.
4.I unfortunately didn't have surgeries yet. Regarding the hormones see question 3.
5. I am not even able to consider sex with those genitals because the mere thought of humiliating myself by showing this thing and the lack of a penis to someone and using that loathsome thing repulses me to the core. I would also NEVER bottom and that anatomy would force me into that position.
6.Unfortunately there is nothing that helps.
7. No certainly not. My level of bottom dysphoria is extreme. I think it depends more on the individual than the parts one is born with.
8. I plan to have phalloplasty in the future, yes.
