Today I am grateful for able to celebrate my last Thanksgiving dinner before begin my transition journey to be Meghan. Thanks you Susan's place and all for support my transition journey.

Today I am talking to my General Practitioner about my Gender Identity issue, and I want to start hormones replacement therapy soon. So he's setup two blood work to be done next Tuesday, and he prefer me to Endocrine to begin hormones replacement therapy.
