Before posting my experience with you all I want to thank each one of you personally for sharing your experiences. Based on what you all have gone through, helped me to make my mind. "Thank you all". After so much of dancing from one place to another. Having consultations in Delhi, Spain, Belgium. Made up my mind to go to Dr. Kaushik's Olmec Cosmetic Surgery. The main reason for going to Dr. Kaushik was his explanation regarding the facial features and how he will help me to gain what exactly I want. I already had my Outer Sigma-Lead SRS with him a few months back and was very happy with the results (No Discussion on that he had done a brilliant job). I was confused with FFS Surgery though, I think Facial Feminization is a work of an artist and I was totally confused who is that artist for me. After a lot of discussions, thinking, reading and talking I went Olmec. I tell you, the people working at Olmec do make you feel comfortable and treat you as a friend (Family), Which is the biggest positive thing that you need recovering when you have no one by your side.
Coming to my FFS. I had my forehead, tracheal, brow, Nose, and a malar implant. After evaluation and according to analysis Dr. Kaushik suggested me these procedures. I was open to any procedure that the surgeon thinks will make me more feminine. (Quick Tip: Let your surgeon decide which procedure will make you more feminine and then decide for yourself). In my case, I was having a very thick frontal sinus which was impossible to get corrected, but Dr. Kaushik was the first doctor who said you need that to be corrected for a more feminine look and I was amazed, It was kind of risky too since I have watched one of his videos doing sinus. He assured me he will do it fine. My Nose was a tilted as some old building (I got a Nasal Fracture in my childhood). I was worried regarding someone touching my nose since it was already done once and I did not want to handle that again. Dr. Kaushik assured me that he had performed a number of corrective rhinoplasties, and he can handle this.I had already seen some rhinoplasty results on his websites (Dr. Kaushik have two websites one for Cosmetic Surgeries and one for the transgender surgeries ) Dr. Kaushik has a very natural way convincing patients when it comes to fear. My Adam's apple was so big that it needed to be reduced. Voice feminization is still on my list(I will soon check it off). Malar implant with perfect size(with some zygoma reduction) was the perfect piece of cake that I badly needed to make my face more feminine. I stayed there for almost 3 weeks, I wanted to be sure that everything was fine and I was mentally strong to get a plane back home. The time when I was there, I was happier then I am now (when I am home alone). Swelling is getting down and I cannot be happier than what I have got. Dr. Kaushik is a genius, He has so much potential to go a long way.
India is a country where Transpeople are treated equally as anyone. and as trans, I am so much amazed that the constitution of India has accepted us as a Third Gender. Olmec is one place where you find more trans than anyplace at one time. It was amazing experiencing talking and communicating with transpeople who visited Olmec.
I can't wait to get my Full Sigma-Lead SRS Surgery. I am pretty much amazed by the cosmetic look of my vagina. Can't wait to get vaginal depth( It was not done on the first visit as my BMI was very high. Working hard to get it reduced).
