Penis sleeves/extender for post-meta?

Even though I am leaning towards getting a meta, I would still love the ability to penetrate my partners, at least in a way that is an improvement on what I have now. Was thinking of a penis sleeve (link NSFW), but with a smaller hollow portion for a meta-sized penis? I am not sure whether there is anything on the market that would work, or else developing one myself. One issue I predict is keeping it adhered without a harness - not sure whether a sleeve can adhere to even a large meta the same way a biological penis can.
Another idea, which would involve some R&D, would be a suction mechanism on the clitoris/penis embedded in the shaft. I think there was a dildo with a similar concept, marketed as a '->-bleeped-<-' dildo, but it is unfortunately discontinued.

Do you guys think this is doable?

I've been considering the same thing. I was intending on making my own. I think It would stay on if it was made correctly and it wasn't very heavy. It would stay on better if it was tighter at the base than the middle and tip.

100Prosthetics does custom coring on their hard packers, so you can get any diameter and depth hole. I think they also have a separate site for shaft-only prosthetics, if that's more what you're looking for. Also Vixen has two (large) extenders that look pretty cool if not the most realistic.

So they're not "officially" the same company: they've never outright said they're the same guys, but the websites are hella similar, as are the products and they use the same harness and color systems.

Just by looking at the thing if you pull on it too hard its gonna come off. You don't want to get it stuck in someone's hole.

Welp, I'm not too worried about that.  It can be pushed out by your partner, all they have to do is push.  Or, they can fish it out with their fingers, I'm sure.

From what I gather, they're held onto your junk by suction.
