You want super awkward? Try having your breasts fall out of your suitcase after you get flagged by TSA in the security line. :-D

HAha I had to go through the airport in boy mode a little while ago, had to take off my oversized hoodie at security and get patted down, his eyes widened when he checked out the lumps on my chest lol
But OP- yes it sucks and I'll be glad when it's over soon xxx

The bad part about going full time is that the TSA takes longer to even schedule an appointment for a name change for anyone with precheck than they did to give me precheck in the first place!

I nearly forgot how crappy common folk security was.  I paid my bribe damn it!

"To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment" ... Ralph Waldo Emerson 🌸

"The individual has always had to struggle from being overwhelmed by the tribe... But, no price is too high for the privilege of owning yourself" ... Rudyard Kipling 🌸

Let go of the things that no longer serve you... Let go of the pretense of the false persona, it is not you... Let go of the armor that you have worn for a lifetime, to serve the expectations of others and, to protect the woman inside... She needs protection no longer.... She is tired of hiding and more courageous than you know... Let her prove that to you....Let her step out of the dark and feel the light upon her face.... amg🌸

Hi Lindy Lou

Sorry for being late to the party. I got to be an old hand at clothing ping pong long before I found out I was trans. I would go through periods when I would get up in the morning and dress completely female with makeup all ready to go to work only to have to take it all off and change into my usual work clothes and go to work. I would do this day after day frequently being late for work. I would stop for awhile then begin again. I never did make it out the door. It never crossed my mind that I was anything other than a crossdresser back then and that I had accepted. It wasn't until a little more than a year ago that I discovered I was transgender.

Hugs,
   Laurie

I dress in a feminine-ish version of "boy mode" for work. I dress fully as myself at all other times. Quitting time can't come soon enough for me. Sometimes I have accessories (shoes, jewelry, make-up, etc.) in my car and fix myself up in the parking lot before leaving so I can run errands in comfort.
