Quick story...
.had a little blood on pad, sent pics, was told I had granulation tissue. Just a small spot on my upper labia minor on the left side.
I went to local doctor, was treated with silver nitrate.

NOW, both sides of my labia minor have turned that grey color, because the area obviously touches, unless I'm spreading my "lips" apart AND the top of my clitoris is grey as well!

So now this WHOLE area has to re-heal, when at 3 months post-op, it had already done so.

My question, will this treatment affect my sensitivity with it having got on my clitoris?
And now with a larger area needing to re-heal, doesn't that open me up to have granulation tissue form in all the other areas the silver nitrate touched?

I had silver nitrite three or four times inside my vaginal canal. The discharge turns gray but dies not affect where it does not have the chemical reaction. It is just the chemical reaction residue.

I was having really bad problems a month postop after I got home from Thailand.  At the time I didnt have a doctor to call it granulation, but im pretty sure it was.   Felt like I was dilating with broken glass and there was a lot of drainage.

I cant stress enough how much hydrocortizone spray fixed everything, and continued to fix issues that arrose as I moved up in dilator sizes.  If you still have stitches, dont overuse it.. read it can disolve them.  I rarely need to use it 6+ months post, but for a while I was spraying it on the dilator condom after lube.

Thanks for replies. Basically like the response said, the entire turned grey, but only the actually effected tissue after two days was left scabbed and as since healed.
