I haven't tried it but heard that it wasn't all that useful.  If you get a chance, I would recommend practicing with https://www.youtube.com/user/deepstealth/videos

EVA F app is great if understood. Paid close attention to to the terms like bright focus which means resonance in the head. I supect the problem people have with EVA F is patience. It is methodical step by step. If your attention span is short then you need a short program. If followed exactly you will get great results look at Kathe Perez youtubes of her students!

Kathy Perez has a number of good CDs that teach you how to achieve a more feminine voice. I believe the CDs were called Fundamentals of a Female Voice. There were something like 3 volumes. Many of those techniques found their way into her iphone apps that eventually became the Eva app. She does have a lot of great knowledge and techniques in those videos and apps, however, the problem is the trans clients she used to demo the techniques don't sound like women at all, but rather trans women with male voices who are trying to sound female. Sometimes a "feminine voice" does not equal a "female voice." I also found it a little disturbing that she had a snide remark on one of her CDs about how male and female anatomies are just different, which, as a beginner, would sound discouraging. Nix the remark and the CDs are pretty good, but your mileage may vary.
