I started HRT about 4 months ago, and just wanted to know if there is anything else that will help my breast growth along? I bought  Phyto-Estrogen cream, and Breast success creams, but think they are more novelty than anything. The 1st month and a half it seemed was the biggest growth I got. But since  it has seemed to slow down dramatically. Also my nipples are still pretty much unchanged. I also bought them nipple suction cups, but don't seem to do much either. Anyone with any suggestions, I am open to pretty much anything that will help. Thanks

I've been wondering the same thing. I've been taking spiro for 7 weeks and estradiol valerate (IM) for 4 weeks, and have mostly noticed soreness on my nipples with a tiny lump behind them--I actually don't know if it's a lump or just my nipples getting harder, but they hurt if I press down on them.

I've been massaging my breasts too, but I'm pretty sure it won't do much.?Most of the breast "growth" I've had is from some gynecomastia from having been on finasteride for a while now.

It may just be a waiting game that's ahead of us, but would be happy to hear if any suggestions :)

Hi Brandy 🙋‍♀️ The first thing my endo told me was stop using over the counter Breast enhancement products and that it could interfere with the estradiol.
I think massage is helpful in stimulating blood flow, which plays a part.  With every woman there is the caveat of ymmv.  It's true, some girls develop quicker than others.  It depends on your genetics.
I have heard that nipple cups could enlarge your nipples.  No experience with them though.  They may make me cry with how sore my tits are.
I personally did not expect early breast growth but have now reached a "b" cup and I expect more soon.  But be patient, it does not happen quickly.

Hugs, Jessica 💁‍♀️

Don't be thin as a rail.  One post here containing a document from the UK advising MTFs to start "eating pies."

We just have to be patient.  Mine are only bursting forth in month 5, the left one grew about a fifth of a cup size yesterday.  They have minds of their own, their own agenda.
