Yes, and the cross dressing got out of hand. He looked good as a kangaroo, but when he started with raccoon, well, I couldn't keep him out of the trash cans. Don't get me started on him playing possum.

Bout now I bet Laurie wished she never started this.

He only cross-dressed once and that was as George & Miriam Kirby's St Bernard Neil and that was only to get the Keg.

So, my niece calls me which she rarely does and says she and her mom have a question and I say okay, what?

She says they want to know what I'm going to do about my flag pole (Sorry, want to be polite).

I tell her that this process isn't an overnight thing and from what I know a trans woman needs to live for at least a year before they'll approve the GRS.  And that is a long time.

Just in case you don't know, if you fly a flag on your pole at night, you need to have it lit. FYI

Were you okay with them asking that? I don't think anyone ever asked me that. Oh yeah, my partner did.

If I ever offend you, let me know. It's not what I am about.

Now you tell me!  Where's that darn flashlight.

It didn't bother me as I really haven't given it much thought as I know the process takes time.  Just reading the comments in one thread about depth makes me feel I'm too young to be listening or reading the stuff, lol.

Ok, not really to do with the benefits of coming out but I couldn't find my thread that I started when I began HRT.  Anyway, on December 27th I had an appointment with my doctor and when I was weighed in it was 261 which is the heaviest I have ever been weighed in at.

Today, I had an appointment with a nurse practitioner for my diabets.  I weighed in at 254, which is better than 261.  I have been trying not to eat as much and I think my clothes were just as heavy as on the 27th.  Oh well, keep losing it.
