I'm curious what sort of results some of you girls have had after about a year on HRT. I'm starting HRT officially later this week (yay!!) and I'm excited but also kinda self conscious about my legs. They are bit on the thick side fat-wise... I know it's very much a YMWV thing but I guess I'm just wondering how much of a change you girls saw :)

My thighs started out at 25" at 205 lbs.  Now at 172 lbs they are 24".  At one time they had gotten down to around 23" but have recently gained an inch from my workouts.

If your thighs have a lot of fat on them and you lose some weight they will probably get smaller.  HRT may make some difference but it will take a while to happen.

For my legs, HRT did reduce the muscle mass and slightly increased the fat on my upper thighs and rear. A daily exercise and diet program will make the legs stronger and help keep the thigh fat from getting to large.

I do lots of squats and leg raises in my exercise routine. For my diet, I eat lots of vegetables. I do not starve myself. I try to eat enough of the right kind of calories to maintain my desired weight. Also, there is genetics. If all of your relatives are skinny, expect the same.

I like my legs. Cycling made them huge - so big there were few jeans that actually fit. Studying made them large but not stupidly defined as I didn't get so much time to exercise. HRT is moving fat to cover the muscle definition and trimming a bit off. They actually look pretty good. :)

After about 5 months I'm about the same weight I used to be, but wearing a size larger (mens) jeans, I can't get my thighs in the old ones...

I'm around 5' 10" at about 185 lbs and oh god my thighs are already like 24" at least my right one >.> and calfs are like 17" :(. Makes me a bit worried that they will likely get bigger >.<. Sadly I basically never exercise (changing soon though, sounds like cycling is probably a good thing to focus on for legs) but I'm at least eating healthy to try and reduce weight... so my legs aren't really muscle more like chubby  but maybe there's enough muscle mass underneath to decrease the width to a more female range?  ???
