I don't know about that.  Nothing more sinful or delish than chocolate on one's tongue.
It's all about the taste.  It's the taste/smell of chocolate that gets you high, not anything that goes into your stomach.  Someone actually did a study on that, monitoring brain waves to detect the high.  You get the high before you even swallow.  Intravenous (while tempting, I admit) won't do the job as well as tasting it.

Could chocolate be administered sublingually?

I've been a bad, bad, bad girl.  I purchased some Hersey's Christmas Kisses the other day and some mini peanut butter cups and had planned on sharing them with my daughter.  I don't know what happened, all of a sudden there's Hersey tags all over the house and my eyes are glazed over :)

As long as most of it eventually gets to the right taste buds, you'll be fine.

I bought my sister one of those 1lb reeses peanut butter cup packages like the Devyln had , a bag of regular ones, and a bag of raspberry flavored chocolate squares yesterday. I bought me one orange flavored chocolate bar.  Somehow I feel cheated.

all this talk of chocolate. After I got home yesterday from work I received an email .. package arrived at work for my.
I opened the stashed package this morning and ...

Usually more box than chocolate but that's ok, I'm not supposed to eat much anyways (not for health, for diet)
I left the door open, only a few came through. such is my life.

Sorry, I can't share any of that particular package. It'll be gone long before anyone could get to it. Please refer to the previously mentioned chocolate party.

OK I need to invent a little vaporizer thingie loaded with the active ingredients in chocolate now.  Women everywhere (myself included) would be lounging around in a semi-comatose state and loving every moment of it.

I'm in my car and headed south. You need to lock it up or eat it all in the next two hours. The clock is ticking.

One of my closest friends loves, LOVES, LOVES! Chocolate.  A little bit, anyway.  I got her several imported dark chocolate and orange bars, as I find the two flavors are great complements (and they go well with a nice Cabernet...).   It made a nice Christmas present, along with some teas.
Earth my body, water my blood, air my breath and fire my spirit.

My personal transition path included medical changes.  The path others take may require no medical intervention, or different care.  We each find our own path. I provide these dates for the curious.
