Hey everyone! So I had elecrtolysis and stopped about 7-8 months ago and I didn't have full clearance of the areas treated. I chose electrolysis over laser because I barely had facial hair, so I thought electrolysis was the way to go over laser. After about 6-9 months of 1 hour sessions/10 days, I noticed i got lots of scabs which i treated with witchhazel, aloe and tea tree oil religiously. Now after all this time, I still have "pits" over my upper lips and it is heavily pigmented with a red colour. Does this go away? Should i be worried? My electrologist has been doing it for 20 years, was constantly booked solid and kept telling me it was a normal reaction. I am currently now undergoing laser hair removal and have been for the last 7-8 months (after I stopped electrolysis due to the skin damage). Anyone have any tips on how to fix the pigmentation/indentations/pits? any advice? Thank you so much!
