So usually, my doctor has me get blood work done every 5 weeks. When I first got it done I had been working out a lot because I'm a big guy. So, my muscle ck levels were high. They took tests again because if it, (about a week later) and decided to lower my dose because they were still high. Now, my dose is extremely low, I've gotten my period back, and it made me feel very depressed and void of energy. Anyways, not to long ago my next test was taken. My levels had gone down and they said if they're still going down in four weeks, they'll increase my dose. Something I'm worried about though, is that I hadn't exercised for weeks before that test because of some unexpected complications. I'm worried now because I've started to work out again. My question to you all is: should I keep from working out for four weeks? Or should I work out a few times a week and just wait a week for my system to even out? I want to take steps to improve myself, but it's hard for me when it's affecting the changes I've been waiting on for years.
Thanks in advance,
Kai
