Hi girls 🙋♀️ I went out of town to run a 15k race. I forgot my Spiro. So testosterone wasn't being blocked for 2 doses. I was wondering at the time if having the unblocked T would give me more energy or stamina. I ran a pretty good pace for the first 10k+ (9.5 mpm) but the last 2 miles were uphill and it killed my time. I'm not sure of any effect. I felt about the same. Just wondering.
