Hey guys, my names Skylar. I'm new to this, I'm about 6 months on T and experiencing a serious decrease in my ability to verbally express myself. Any tips?

Hi, Skylar!

Welcome to Susan's.

Sorry, I have no experience with this, since I am going the other way.  Still, we have lots of guys here, and I am sure they will be able to help.

Have you brought this up with your doctor?  There may be something else going on that is not hormone-related.

Hi Skylar, welcome.  I spent many years with a lot of T and I got A's in english, comp and creative writing.  If you can write clearly and concisely and can collect your thoughts to do so, I wouldn't expect that to change at all.  Frankly, my spelling has become worse than before since I'm long on E.  Not really sure if it's something in my head or these damn long nails that make it harder to type :D.  What may change are your emotions and how you see things, so your ability to communicate may be just as good, but what you have to say and how long it takes to decide that may be changed.  Toni
