Is it better to go on HRT for a while before getting your breasts enlarged?

My thought based on nothing really was to let the estrogen do its thing then go and get breast enlargements.

I have B cups for some reason that never go away no matter how skinny I am. From pictures of transexal porn it seems like some get D cups but their nipples are really small or off centered. I want kind of big "puffy" nipples that mine are kind of like right now. I just want perky boobs that are definitely there so I can show cleavage but not obnoxious so borderline C/D. My bra size now is 36/38B depending on brand. While my chest isn't flat (I was really embarrassed to take my shirt off: I had a flat stomach but teenage girl sized cups that didn't look right) but they are much too small for how I view myself. So when do you know if the hormones are done dong their thing?

Does estrogen make the nipples into an area that feels sexual response? My nipples right now have the same sexual stimulation as my elbows but I would love for that to change.

I can send u some pics of my implants and my aereolas seem to have gotten bigger. Do 2 years n get implants or at least a full year. My breast did not stop growing after implants esp when I got up to <Dosage removed> of delestrogen every two weeks

I've found that several months of e has made a big differece in both nipples and breasts. As for sensitivity, if anything they are too sensitve. I'd wait for a while and see what happens.

Some surgeons will require a year on estrogen before doing the surgery.  I got mine done 364 days after starting on E.  Only because they had an opening and a week didn't make a difference.

My surgeon is close to a perfectionist as they come.  He get his start doing reconstruction on burn/major injuries. 

My areolas were small.  E enlarged them a little but the implants stretched everything.  Now I have female sized areolas and nipples.  They are typically at attention but that's going away slowly.  My BA was 31-Oct-17.

If I were you I would wait and see what happens. Some people are late bloomers lol. As for me I'm slowly starting to worry that mine are going to get too big. I am definitely a tanner stage 5. I had what I jokingly called "Parking Cone Boobs" for about a year but the past few months they have gotten a lot fuller, heavier and rounder. I am a size 38C+ (A very, very full 38C+) and hope they stop soon. My nipples are the most sensitive part of me now. I have to wear a bra to keep my nipples from poking holes in my blouses and to support the weight.

It would be wise to go on HRT before seeking BA. Who knows. You might not want breasts, if you don't like what HRT will do to you. HRT might actually give you the bust you want, without surgery.
