Was the nebido shot done wrong?

Hi!

So, I had to take my shot by myself. Usually a nurse does it, but she could'nt. I know how to take them, so I tried. The needle was in a 90 degree angle. It stod be itself. I aspirated the injection, no blood came out. Then I pressed the medication in, but I did not feel it going in my muscles, like I am used to feeling. My pee dosen't smell wierd after the shot, like it has all the other times.

I am wondering if the shot maybe acidentiliy done sub q? But I dont have any lump, and its 4 ml with nebido. The needle was also in a 90 degree angle, so I think I hitted the muscle. I used an i.m needle. 

I think its a possibility that I hitted the wrong muscle, or that the needle went out and stayed in the fat when I asperated, and the injection was in the fat not the muscle. How can i be sure?
