Hi,

To those of you who had brow bossing and forehead reduction performed by Dr. Lee or know someone who had these procedures done by him, which types of cranioplasties does he do?
Sincerely,

Caitlyn

Good question! When I met with him he said I need type 3, and I actually asked about the sunken part (right above the protruding bony part I want gone...)
Specifically, I asked if my face would technically be pushed back and throw off my proportions... he told me that wouldn't be case... but now that I think about it, wouldn't filling in that sunken part right on top a bit and shaping the brow bossing, wouldn't that look better overall?
I'm not sure anymore... to be honest, I didn't get the explanations I  was looking for at the time. I was so nervous, I probably wasn't listening very well and my questions/comments were very unorganized and scatterbrained...

I think sometimes we need to trust in the surgeon and go for it which can yield really good results too. But I just didn't feel like I can personally justify the cost and risk of surgery for the (probable) result I would get... If anyone has a different view point or advice or recommendation it would be great!!

I just recently did the non type III which is your ideal choice. I got the improvement I want but the reduction in between my eyebrows is as not as much as I am expecting... probably I only achieved the pushed back like 70%. Now im thinking that I should have done the type III instead >_<

Hi, I asked Lee's office which types of forehead remodeling Dr. Lee performs. But I forget the answer. You can get an idea at http://www.harrisonleeplasticsurgeon.com/forehead-reduction-plastic-surgeon-nyc-beverly-hills.
Sincerely,

Caitlyn

From memory of my consult, Dr Lee can do any type of forehead reconstruction. He told me he usually decides during the operation.

Hi,

Today, I found online a reference by Dr. Lee's office that he can make a coronal approach to access the brow bone.
Sincerely,
