Hi does any one know of any good places for a transgender person to work and be able to the way i want . I always worked as a stock clerk shipping clerk ware house clerk but i want to work in a office i have the skills but not the work history. And i dont want to work in any of my old professions because i would be limited on what i could ware thanks much Alison.

Alison   In this work environment it is about contributing to the bottom line. It's amazing how so many things are overlooked if you can make the boss money. Unfortunately the jobs you have in your background are entry level jobs and that is where the bulk of job seekers are going for. You need to set yourself apart from all the others that have the same basic work history as you.  You may want to look into Lynda.com for training online. They have thousands of courses. I checked out the Six Sigma courses. You can also get information about Six Sigma on the MIT online open courses. These are exact presentations from on site courses and are free to download and study. Six Sigma, Toyota Production System, Kaizan are all programs affecting warehousing, production planning, Inventory.
