Well I got an appointment to see a Dr. in my are who does informed consent so I'm excited and super nervous. It's not until March 15 so that sucks but it will give me time to either slim down or pack a little extra fat onto my bones if need be. So my body seems to do exactly as I tell it meaning I can loose weight or maintain or gain some fat. As of today I'm 136 lbs 5'6" and Ive been doing strictly cardio at the gym and eating a healthy low carb diet. What would you all recommend i do to prepare? I'm a small muscular person at the moment and know that will change, is it a lot harder to stay fit on hrt and is there such thing as being too fit as to where I won't see any results? I would post a picture but cannot for the life of me figure it out 🧐

Maybe keep doing what you're doing until you get 3 months in then reappraise. You seem to be on the right path.

I started 40 pounds overweight and worked it off during hrt. Worked pretty well for me. Though I did have a lot of muscle from cycling which helped. Most of that is gone now.

As far as fitness goes, things change some but it's not hard at all to stay fit.  For me, running got a little slower, but not really harder as long as I compare equal effort levels.  Strength wise I have gotten a lot stronger although to be fair I was pretty out of shape when I started HRT.

You cannot be too fit although if you keep your bodyfat level really low then you'll stay slender and changes might be less than they would at a higher bodyfat level.
