Hey! I've been working out a few years now, and for loosing belly fat the best thing to do it change your diet, loosing fat is mostly put on through carbs (sugars, breads, etc) and no dairy. So a I did a shredding diet for a while with no carbs and boy oh boy it was hard. But I started noticing results in a few weeks after being on the diet. As for excersise I'm not sure, but I'd say looking at a lot of core excersise and leg workouts (focusing on glutes) and maybe a few chest stuff like bench press just to maintain an overall strength? I'm not too sure excersise wise. I hope this was helpful at all. 🙂
