Eeeeeek. It makes it real now. It's so weird, it's something I have to do.
I'm almost getting go the point where I really don't care what anyone thinks. Still very far away from presenting female but the ball is rolling.

Hi Sasha,

I am glad to read about you taking another step  in your journey. Therapy though probably a bit scary for you at this point, can be really useful in getting you to where you want to be. I remember how nervous I was before going to mine. But once there and into his office I was able to relax and get to know my therapist a little and tell him who I thought I was. Since then I have looked forward to our talks though sometimes not to what we needed to talk about. I just saw mine again yesterday and was able to tell him I was feeling better and not thinking of doing myself in for the first time in a couple months. Having a therapist to talk to does help Sasha and being open and honest with them will serve you well.

Hugs,
  Laurie
