They will hurt for several months to come. It's really a good thing but does get a bit sore. T shirts don't do a good job of covering up however a sweatshirt does especially a loose one. I have a non aggressive sports bra and a long line bra which actually presents the best, an underwire bra and a few egg crates. Straight on you can't really tell but in profile they kind of jump out at me. I love the way they look and now that they only burn every once in a while I am getting more fond of them. Sure beats the heck out of prosthetics.
