Did any of you M2F on HRT wake up to bigger boobs overnight?

Funny you should ask, ajtent.

I've been on HRT since May, 2017. I was very overweight when I started, and have lost most of it; I had man-boobs, and I've always suspected that what I've had since then were holdovers, at least initially. I don't know if that disqualifies them or not; I suspect any sort of boobs you can hang onto are good boobs.  :)

When I started HRT, I specifically asked the doctor who prescribed it if I should take the E orally or sublingually; and he said orally, in a tone that brooked no disagreement. So, I did as directed for about six weeks, noticing no changes at all: physical or emotional. I decided to go with my gut and start taking it sublingually; and within 24 hours I experienced my first nipple soreness. Eventually, I got into some serious boob pain, which had me laughing at work one day. It hurt so bad, but for such a good reason.

Then, it stopped. The soreness continued; but I saw no increase in feminization for months. I switched doctors; and, on my second visit to the endocrinologist, he said my lab tests showed that my E was swinging wildly between doses -- over 400 just two hours after, then just above 70 six hours after.

You know what he did? He told me to start taking it orally again. I was stunned, because everything -- everything -- I have read says the opposite. I told him that, and he smiled. He said to give it a month, then test again.

So, that's what I've done, for about two weeks now. And, son of a gun, I think they're growing. I could still be imagining it; but in the last few days they've seemed fuller.

Weird, huh?

I think we all have "weird" unexplainable growing pains. I know for a fact my boobies are growing (slowly), but so far I have not had any pain, not even a slight pinch.

Lucky you. :)

I wish mine hurt, so I know they getting bigger. :)

I can personally attest to the "seems like overnight" phenomena-
I was at Drill for the Navy this past weekend and my nipple were poking through my nightgown-but no boobs to speak of-
Fast forward to Monday afternoon and...there they are. No much, but a noticeable difference.
They still hurt and my body armor( I'm a cop) is ill fitting now- or at least its uncomfortable to wear.
But you know what? I don't care because THERE THEY ARE!!! [emoji1380]

For me there are mornings that I seemingly noticed that my breasts were suddenly fuller but then later in the day not so much.   Perhaps it is the daily cycle of things in my body... hormones, water retention, etc.
I remember my old male body of waking up with morning wood...  no such thing anymore thankfully.
My breasts are steadily growing, I think that it might be difficult to judge accurately on a daily basis... weekly or monthly seems to be the best gauge of growth for me.

I don't think changes happen so quickly so that I suspect your soreness 24 hours later might have just been the result of exposure to E over several weeks and it happened to coincide with taking it sublingually 24 hours before. I personally took the same dose orally and sublingually and I had similar results.

That's what I didn't like on sublingual, levels going up and down quickly, I feel better on steadier levels. :)
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

On HRT since early 2004

I hope you're right. I would really like to see some feminization here.

Well, after a wonderful Singles Awareness Day, I woke up this morning was getting dressed and was going to put a kinda jersey looking Disneyland 1955 long sleeve shirt that I have had forever and never wore.

As I put it on it rubbed against the Twin Sisters and ooooooooooooooooooooh - no free floating material if I'm driving.  So, I thought, okay, I'll put on my sports bra and then as I began to put the shirt back on - ooooooooh - can see the slight color variation thru the material.

So, I decided, okay, bra, tight fitting short sleeve tee and then the Disneyland shirt but oooooooooooooooooooooh - the Disney shirt's collar is lower than the short sleeve tee's and looks oooooooooooooooooooooooh - so tacky :)

Two months ago I would have thrown the tee on and out the door, lol.

Honestly, I had some really early development of buds and then it halted about a week ago, when I accidentally injured my throat. I'm hoping as my folds have finished recovering that my development will jumpstart again--or, at least, that development hasn't actually stopped in the meantime. Overall, though, development actually was pretty quick when it was happening.

I woke up this morning and (there they are!!)
.
I'm 7 weeks on HRT and they are almost big enough for me already as I wanted to stay stealth.
If this keeps up, I'll never hide them....

Why even try to hide something so beautiful? I figure, if I am gonna pack them around all day, I am going to have fun with them!
