Hello, I was wondering for those of you that have had srs with the penile method, how did you find your width pre-op translated into post-op?

Irrelevant. When you were big pre-op the surgeon might have extra skins which might be thrown away anyway. When you don't have enough the surgeon will do skin graft to get the donor material.
They are aiming to be able to fit the packing which is usually standard size anyway unless you are on the extreme end of the spectrum. It is the packing and routine dilation that will allow you to stretch as far as the skin and the groin space allows it.

Many GCS/SRS surgeons provide or recommend dilators manufactured by Soul Source

My surgeon provided a set of custom made dilators (transparent lucite with a slightly different curve) but the diameters are standard #1-#4, and #5 exists.  I was told #3 is a goal because that is same width as a standard speculum used for annual exams.

Each dilator contains marks to measure depth from 4-6 inches / 10-15 cm.

I agree with jfong.  The surgeon will re-use what is possible and add a graft if necessary.  Final result for this method requires each patient dilates correctly after surgery.
