It snowed here yesterday, and we had a few cardinal couples flitting about. Sorry for the screen....

...after getting my first wig nearly almost a week ago I was finally able to take a decent pic of myself wearing it. My wife and I stay with my brother-in-law, her brother, and I'm only "out" to my wife so it's been difficult and tricky trying to find the right moment(s) to even wear my wig. So I was actually happy that I was able to get a nice pic of myself in it  ;D

My wife and I both are trans - so we both freak out when we go out, and we don't typically go out that much.  And we both expect of even more "sir's" when we do.  So we were nervous, but both tried to look our best for a nice meal out together.

In that one meal, I doubled the number of times I've been gendered properly in my life - 3 separate times, by three separate people, we were "you ladies."

It was kind of hard to sit there and act like that was the most natural thing to say to us in the world.  But inside we were both celebrating, and the smile on my wife's face made my day (I suspect mine made hers too).
That's great.  It's definitely smile rising.

All of my social friends are women and I often wonder what they think when it's "...ladies..." I should ask one of them.

I love it!  He looks a touch big for my purse....and mine would hate me for bringing another puppy home, so he's safe from me.

Only allowed wine if my girlfriend is there.....and we have a designated driver.  One glass and this girl is a bit.....giggly, tipsy, or free from restraint.  I'm apparently pretty funny after 2 glasses.
