I have done that a number of times. ;D I grab them, think "tag goes on left", pull up and then stand there for about 5 seconds in complete confusion before it dawns on me what I did. Again.
Yeah.

I wore them.

I wore them... all... ... day.

I didn't notice what I had done until I took them off to throw them in the hamper.

April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

Being transgender is just a phase. It hardly ever starts before conception and always ends promptly at death.

Second, about the thong underwear and yes you can laugh, I did: I wore them again today after washing them and thought they had shrunk unevenly because they were laying funny. As it turns out I had somehow put them on sideways!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who has done that.

Hey Denise, I know you're coming to Florida. I'm in the central area north of Tampa. It would be cool to meet up if you end up around here!

I'd love to meet as well, SW area for me. Unfortunately planning a trip/time north of Tampa may prove unlikely
I left the door open, only a few came through. such is my life.

Why is this leg so wide and the waist so tight?

Meanwhile...

Female Privilege at it finest:
I was late for the train. (It was pulling in to the station.) I was running up a flight of stairs and there was a guy next to me. As we were reaching the top, he says "I'll get the door." Next we are running through an overpass to get to the track. He runs in front of me to get the door and he says "I'll hold the train for you!" as he runs down the two flights of stairs to get to the train first. He blocks the door so it won't close and moments later I jump on. He apologized for not being able to hold the door to the stairs leading to the train, but was able to hold the train.
I said "that's ok. I understand. Thank you."

I still feel all warm and fuzzy thinking about it.

Nice female privilege story.  My happy today is a bit more mundane, but still like it.  I had an eye doctor appt today, and got a new prescription, but more importantly, New glasses.  My old pair is masculine and much bigger.  I used them when I was heavy.  My face has gotten so much smaller that the old ones looked ridiculous on me.  For the new pair, I tried all kinds of gender affirming glasses, but couldn't find one pair I liked.  I eventually got a pair of Oliver People's that are really gender neutral.  I'd say bordering on femme.  Anyway, I got really happy picking out a new pair knowing the old will be retired soon!

I went into Waterstones and bought a new book today, I was really socially awkward when the assistant was trying to make small talk, which made me cringe, but I'm glad it did. I've been so wrapped up in realising that I'm trans that I've forgotten I'm still the same introverted, social awkward, slightly sassy person I always was

I've personally found an increased confidence and desire to socialise as my transition has progressed; but there's nothing wrong with a little sass [emoji6]

Arrived in the mail.  Or should I say female.

Passport was most important.  But receiving my updated driver license had an impact I wasn't anticipating... last night at dinner in a restaurant I glanced at it and almost burst into tears.  Kinda sunk in, I've crossed the dividing line and everything else is just details.

Kinda dumb, but running an errand brought me to an ATT store and I asked to use their bathroom, and they had a big sign on it saying gender neutral with a pict of a man, woman, and a half man/woman.  Yes thank you!

Every time I see those signs I wonder what madman stitched together a pants leg with half a skirt.

Kendra Faye, that has to be the best DL picture I've ever seen. They're usually so terrible. I plan to use my current one for my "before" picture in some distant future. Who did you pay to use a studio picture for it?

And your description of dinner just about got me all verklempt, too.

Congratulations. [emoji323][emoji322][emoji324][emoji898]

Okay, one more happy.  I went for laser today on my chest and decided to add lips and goatie area.  All I gotta say is laser is soooo much less painful than electrolysis.  I was also told that laser could get over 1/2 0of my beard. So I'm signed up!  Yay!

Kendra, congratulations on getting your documentation changed, it is such a big step! I just got my prints sent in to the fibbies through an expeditor and am told to expect paper work back in a couple of weeks. May be able to get court docs by the end of the year.
