I keep pulling it out of my purse and looking at it.  Even though you're not allowed to smile, and I'm not apparently smiling, I can tell how happy I am in that picture!  And I smile every time I look at it.  Especially that magic "F" on the license.  :)

I love reading everyone's name change and drivers license stories when it happens!  You can just feel the joy and excitement flowing from the posts.  My name change is just 10 days away, and the wait is murder.  How did everyone cope with the waiting?

I had a worker at a job site start flirting with me.  Really made me feel odd and while I will likely never see him again, I left aglow!  It is the first time I can recall having a man "hit" on me.  I have had more than a few women customers start flirting, but that is really just fun nonsense.  This was really different.  I am a very happily spoken for woman and there is nothing to do except enjoy the revelation that I have an allure I am scant aware of I guess.

I got my ears pierced!
1/4/18 - Admission to self of trans - Start of transition
2/10/18 - First time out in public
2/12/18 - Ears Pierced
2/16/18 - Started Laser Hair removal on face
7/4/18 - Down 101 pounds since 1/4/18.  Maybe start HRT at 210-15
9/22/18 - Weighed in @207 (down 113 lbs) this morning.
10/1/18 - Started HRT

My Psychologist approved my letter for HRT!! Now I have to find a doctor! I'm so excited to begin my journey.

Reorganizing my closet, moving male clothes that I need for work to the back and female clothes that I have purchased to a more prominent space.  Something so simple, but it is making me smile.

Just now taking my hrt meds! My sister told me I make choices without thinking but I've been on hrt for almost 5 months that's some time to not be thinking! And I don't see myself stopping any time soon either

Yesterday I got my permanent driver's license with my new name and gender marker! Today I received my debit card, also with my new name.

Always stay cheerful, be polite, kind, and understanding. Accepting yourself as the woman you are is very liberating.  Never underestimate the appreciation and respect of authenticity.  Help connect a person to someone that may be able to help that person.  Be brave, be strong.  A TRUE friend is a treasure.  Relationships are very important, people are important, and the sooner we all realize that the better off the world will be.  Try a little kindness.  Be generous with your time, energy, wisdom, and resources.   Inconvenience yourself to help someone.   I am a brown eyed, brown haired woman.

I had my annual performance review at work today & it went glowingly! Also, my supervisor (who I'm out to) did her best to avoid using male pronouns throughout the official document!! Though I'm not using feminine pronouns at work yet, I really appreciate her showing her support like that.   :icon_dance:

I ordered a bra from Victoria's Secret and it arrived today.  It fits me perfectly.  I can say I wear a 36A bra now.  I'm on top of the world.

Today my wife and I are celebrating our 34th anniversary in Las Vegas. She woke me up this morning with a sweet anniversary present of a pair of dangly lapis lazuli earrings. She has given me many gifts before but this is the first anniversary gift she has ever given her wife. Much has changed during this past year.

I believe that Steph would say, "Squeeeeeeeeeeeee".

I don't know if this is fully happy but a guy who beat me up in high school  did not recognise  me today and was flirting with me and hitting on me extremely and it felt so good to turn him down

Wow, that hasn't happen to me yet, lol. 

I did however run into a high school bully after returning from Vietnam.
My 1000 yard stare had him running in the opposite direction :)
