Hi and welcome.  I have been here about a month and so far everyone has been very warm and friendly.  I feel like I can speak my mind here because as different as we all are, people know what I am going through as many are going through just about the exact same thing as myself.  Don't be afraid to open up and tell us about yourself, because you help yourself discover yourself and you help us discover our own selves.  In reading others' stories, I have learned so much about myself.  We are all here to support each other in what amounts to a very big life change for most of us.

  I'm Laurie, Welcome to Susan's place. ((hug)) here let me get the door for you... There ya go come on in. This is our lounge. You can tell because  you see the grinning gal over there on the couch taking up the whole thing? We'll she's grinning still from her first outing in the big wide world as herself a few days ago. She hasn't stopped grinning since. She had so much fun. when you come in just take whatever seat you like most of us don't mind sharing. That door over there is to the kitchen but it can be hazardous if S(t)eph((a(ni)e) has been a bad girl. She may be stuck up on the fridge where she can't get down by herself. Somehow she always has a limitless supply of fruit she throws at passer byes that won't help her down. So be careful. Unfortunately the coffee and tea is in there too.
   Anyway Jimmie welcome to out little home away from home.
