What is the cut off age to being considered a “transgender youth”?

I transitioned at the age of 20 but pubert hadn't yet begun in full until I had reached that age so as a result I have seen a great deal of changes from HRT due to my body's fast metabolism (change in width of hip bones, pelvic tilt, and facial changes). I had no body hair and very feminine features untouched by testosterone and look like I could've begun transition at a much younger age. Is 20 young for transition though? Was I a transgender youth? I ask out of curiosity since most would say you're not fully an adult until you're 25 so if that's the case I guess technically I was?

In terms of posting on the Youth forum here on Susan's, the cutoff is apparently 18.  If you are asking about someone else's definition of what is "youth", you'd have to ask each person individually, and you'd probably get more opinions than people.

In the US, majority rights are open to everyone 21 years or older with some responsibilities starting at age 18. At age 16, a minor person may petition the courts for emancipation if they are financially independent.
