Donna

So, sorry if this takes a bit.
Just got here and wanted to say hi. I have had a long and strange road to get to where I'm at. I haven't known what was off with me for a lot of years and this has lead me down some really strange and or bizarre paths. I think they were all me trying to discover myself. My poor wife has had to deal with a lot. In the winter of 2015 I started wearing a bra which was strange for me as it's the only fem item I didn't like. Wore on and off for a year and then went full time December of 2016. All my weird urges and thoughts were gone and I felt different in a great way.
In May of 2017 I started growing breasts spontaneously.  The strange thing is I didn't care, I felt fine. In July I let my wife see me in a bra accidentally (on purpose). I showed her the breast growth and off to the doctors I went. Found out my T had gone thru the floor due to cysts on the testicals. Now the strange part pops in, I was asked about removing the breasts and blurted out no way, I love my breasts. This did cause a huge issue but not much else was said. In November I told my wife we needed to talk and when we sat down to talk I explained I figured out what was troubling me all along. I want to transition and had already talked with my  doctor about it.
This is complicated by the fact my son is now my daughter as she transitioned 4 years ago and is fully accepted by us. We are working our way thru this now. I'm on dutastricide and aldacton and started estrogen 1 month ago. I feel great and dressing fem everyday, work included. It's hard on her but she is trying, in fact she picked my name. I see a counselor 2 times a month and she started this weekend seeing hers as well.
We are fortunate in that my guy bit is non existent ( retracted penis) due to complication from a broken back. One great piece of luck is also having grown 40C breast since May of 17. I'm loving the changes and family all know and now we move forward. Wish I had figured this out when I was younger rather than after 60 but never to late I figure.
December 2015 noticed strange feelings moving in
December 2016 started to understand what my body has been telling me all my life, started wearing a bra for comfort full time

Welcome welcome!  Glad to have ya here.  That does indeed sound like quite the trip.  I wish I would spontaneously grow breasts (though perhaps not for the same reason as you).  Anyway congratulations on finding the right path for yourself.  I feel the same way as you...better late than never.
