omnivore, I've thought about becoming a vegetarian but I like meat too much to give it up.

Omnivore, but I'm planning on going pescatarian or vegetarian when I'm older. I'm still a teenager so I'm still growing and my doctor said it wouldn't be healthy for me to go full veg right now because of other things about my health. I'd also like to get as tall as I can before T because I'm very short lol.

Omnivore. I've had periods of both being vegetarian (2006) and vegan (2015) but failed after a few weeks both times due to not really wanting such diets, but feeling pressure from friends, cause most of my friends are vegan/vegetarian.

I really like eating meat and dairy, and it's like 70% of my diet now. Can barely stand eating vegetables or fruits. Luckily for me, my body doesn't seem to need a very frequent refill on vitamins such as A and C. But it seems to be craving protein and fibers a lot despite me not exercising at all. So I eat meat and grains, mostly. So I'm almost a literal carnivore, but 100% such would likely cause a whole host of health issues.

I have no wish to try being vegan/vegetarian again, but I'm fine with eating such meals every once in a while, especially if my friends offer/cook for me when I visit them. I just don't like it when they try to guilt trip me for eating and enjoying meat.

Me too. I think that would be very tough on one's body... may I say scurvy?

I've found that as I've transitioned my taste for ed meat has fallen away. I could not eat solid red meet now. I do eat a lot of fish and some chicken. Every once in a while a burger out of convenience when out and about. I do feel MUCH better for it though. When I do eat a burger I feel bloated and sluggish for a day or so.

Carnivore/Omnivore  There's a reason we have canines, but I'm more inclined to have far less animal protein than I did when I was younger.  Far more fruits and veggies in general.

I have a tough time believing anyone is a carnivore.

Pretty sure traditional Inuit lifestyles were completely carnivore.

I go through phases where all I eat is meat, fish and oil. The oil acts to stop your guts clogging up. Sometimes I'll just eat the oil in small amounts. Coconut or olive. Provided you eat no carbs it's fine.

Not something to do 100% of the time, but there are plenty of days where all I will do is eat a bit of meat. Hasn't done me any harm that I know of. When I say meat I mean lean meat, nor burgers or anything.

It's not a pleasant diet though. I just do it for health reasons. Boiled chicken and fish everyday loses its charm fast.

I'm an omnivore, leaning into carnivourousness. I love meat. BBQ is my favorite food, after all! I also love a really good steak, one where adding any kind of sauce is an atrocity that only detracts from it's already perfect flavor. I always balance the meat with fruits & veggies, though (at least now I do.....).
When I'm passing fields full of cattle (which I do A LOT), I think of how tasty they'll all be someday soon....  :icon_dribble:

Omnivore just because I think it's more healthy, as that's what we have evolved into.  By choice I only eat chicken and fish (I LOVE fish & seafood), but I do share meals with the family that include pork, lamb and rarely red meat which I don't like but I'll eat it if someone has taken the trouble to cook it for me but I won't cook it for myself.

I don't like the idea of killing animals to eat really so I could easily be pushed into being a vegetarian if it was not for the fish which I adore.  I just try not to think about it.  ;D

I voted omnivorous much preferring poultry and fish to anything "cow" and fresh fruits and vegies over frozen or (Heaven save us) canned anything.

I eat meat once a week, a free meal at a place I help out at, but I love the idea of veganism.
