Electrolysis

Apologies if this has been asked before..... can anyone recommend somewhere to have electrolysis? I'm in Wiltshire in southern England.

I had some treatment nearby, but the electrologyst was very slow, expensive and hadn't heard of Emla.

I need someon who understands transgender people and is reasonably fast.
