Layout change?

Has the topic layout changed recently?
When I first came on in Jan tooica were much more broken down into more subgroups but o don't see that anymore.
Please advise

One option is to use the "-" and "+" feature on the topic headings. Once you have hidden the topic headings you do not want to see, it is stored in your user profile and the selection is retained on the next login...



The other part is that once you get past 15 posts, additional sections are unlocked...
