FtM Travel Insurance for Top Surgery in USA (from UK)

I am going to have top surgery with Dr Garramone in Florida in July and I am trying to find travel insurance which covers cosmetic procedures. I would like to get travel insurance which covers complications to do with the surgery (although rare), but there are only a few options and none have reviews available.

My second option would be to get normal travel insurance which would cover anything that wasn't to do with my surgery (I called the post office and they confirmed to cover me after surgery for anything not surgery related).

Has anyone from the UK had surgery in the USA and what options did you choose for travel insurance?
