Hey everyone! I'm Farrah. I've been saving some money, and I'm about to do I round of surgeries. I'm looking to get breast augmentation within the next few months and follow that up with E3000 and soon thereafter get my hips done via implant.

I will likely create another thread regarding the hip implants.

For now, I wanted to ask the community if you questions about breast augmentation. I am looking to spend in the ballpark of 3 to $8,000 had an absolute maximum. The most important thing to me is quality. I don't know very much about the different brands of implants, nor do I know a lot about the particular surgeons offering these implants. For this reason, I wanted to come to you and ask about your experiences and whether or not there are definitive best choices as far as surgeons and brands of implants go.

I was also curious about recovery time. And just wondering how long I might be out of work considering I am a sex worker and my job can be a bit more physical than some at times. My plan at this point in time was to schedule my E3000 during the recovery time for my breast augmentation so that I can overlap the two as opposed to taking time off of work for each of these events.

My close friends all went to Dr. Chettawut . I hadn't fully intended on following in their footsteps, but decided I would come here prior to making such a big decision. I believe that I want teardrop shaped breasts as they look more natural to me, but it would be possible to talk me out of that. I'm just a little lost right now. Thanks in advance for any help you offer me and I hope it gets paid back to you in turn.

I love all of you. Stay beautiful.

I also would not mind getting both my breasts and hips done at the same time if there is a surgeon out there who is well-known for their skill at each of these procedures and offers each procedure at a reasonable rate.

You should really do research of doctors doing breast augmentations in your country and ones that understand the trans body. Ultimately we are a little different than a cis-female and takes more work to get an implant in. I don't think it matters on brand of implant. Most doctors have a preference that they do. So once you get a doctor go for a consult and voice what you want and desire and then they will give you their suggestions from there. There are different shaped implants and it's important to educate yourself on how they might make you look to you get the look you want. Also look at how you want the implant to go in. There are about 3 methods that are used for insertion. They either go through the armpit, under the nipple, or under the breast crease. So best thing is look up doctors first and do your homework. I love asking my friends what they went with and how they put them in and I get the "I don't know." This is where you diligence comes in and knowing what you want and what is out there.

I am going with De Wellnesskliniek in Belgium. 3000€ everything included, also VAT included. That is for the breast augmentation.

I was given a payment plan. I can pay 120$ USD every month until it's paid off. I am going to have 450 cc on the right and 500 CC on the left. I want to correct assymetry. My goal is E-cup.
I have a large B-cup at the moment.

I am not planning on hip implants. I was lucky to have experienced hip bone growth on HRT. I started three months before I turned 20.

I do want to have body contouring done at some point down the road.

I also want a huge butt. Want butt implants.

Thanks for the replies. I would definitely say that you can work yourself to a better but really easily. I exercise for an hour every other day targeting specifically my legs and butt and I think it looks pretty good. My boyfriend is sitting beside me and heard me typing this via voice to text and he said "I do too!" lol.

That said, I do want hip implants to fill in those little hole areas on either side. There's not really a muscle that can be targeted there via working out. The downside of working out constantly is that you invariably workout your core a lot and stabilizer muscles in your arms and get a very athletic look that I'm not particularly fond of. I guess that is kind of the trade-off.

Is anyone familiar with a doctor who does both hip implants and breast implants? I think my ideal situation would be taking care of both of these at once.

I have been looking into Alexander Sinclair and Timothy Alexander. I just can't seem to find any information suggesting who the best of the best are but who are still affordable. I am just not sure if either of these docs offer hip implants. I've actually been having trouble finding any doctor who does hip implants.

Very few surgeons would suggest that you do hip implants (or other hip surgery) and breasts at the same time as it complicates the recovery. Very few even do hip implants with most suggesting fat transfer into the hips at the same time as implants into the buttock region which can make a nice flow to the area, or fat transfer alone to sort out the "hip dips".

If you're set on hip implants (as I was for a long time before I spoke to a few surgeons about it) I did hear a good report from dr Cardenas in Mexico, but that's the only good report I've heard of hip implants. I know a fair few girls who had significant problems with them.

As for the breasts, see if you can find a surgeon that uses crysalis program, which basically scans in your breasts into a computer and then shows you how you'll look with the various shapes and sizes of implants. You'll be surprised at how natural the round ones can actually make the breast look. (I am going for anatomical because it will help raise my nipple position).

I also agree with someone before about seeing a surgeon experienced with trans patients. I saw a surgeon who told me that the way that the male chest is organised, we have more surface blood vessels in the breast, and as such we are at a higher risk of bleeds etc from those blood vessels, increasing the incidence rate of significant operative bleeding by something like 2%, a very small risk still, but I'd rather a surgeon who is aware of it and keeps it in mind when operating on me!

Thanks again for the help. Does anyone know anything about Timothy Alexander or Alexander Sinclair? These are the two surgeons I am currently looking at. And Dr chettawut. Does anyone have any advice or anything that could help me narrow things down between these three? Timothy Alexander is the closest to me, and therefore is my first option, but I have heard really great things about Dr chettawut.
