Do you enjoy the Forum and like meeting new people? Are you interested in helping out but feel a bit overwhelmed by taking on a big Forum job?
I have made a new staff category of "Official Greeter" which is an important and fun job.
The job involves greeting new members and posting to them an official list of the site rules etc and logging that you have greeted a new member.
This is an important job as a new person gets greeted and starts to feel comfortable here, has a copy of the rules and information on how to use their account. It is also a way to flag a person who may need help so that senior staff can get to them quickly.
There is advice from the GM team, there are no reports to log and you can carry out the job during your usual time on the Forum.
