I'm 6' 1", and was around 200lbs when I started my journey. I dropped all the way down to 150lbs, and my doctor said I should gain some weight. I try to stay close to 168lbs now. I do get attention at times, usually people asking if I played basketball or volleyball. No one questions my gender. It's never to late to start.

You, Jess, and Sarah B are all utterly gorgeous. Yes I have seen Sarah, and she is like... properly gorgeous, too.

And that's probably only like 1/3 because of how you look. We all know Danielle is gorgeous so that's kind of a given. It's how you are with people. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If you make someone feel amazing... you are beautiful in their eyes. People can look like a supermodel but be a grade A... um... *takes a chance on the profanity filter*... Douchecanoe.

When you have the light that shines within you... you can't not be an amazing person.

lol so subjective, a woman can still be a woman yet ugly, voice gesture the way you walk and so many subtle differences go to make a no question statement.Or perhaps beauty is in the eye of the beholder and equally sub jective

I somehow pass so well that people think I'm straight (I'm a bisexual trans man). I didn't really try to learn masculine manneirisms and I thought I was somewhat feminine, but apparently, I'm just a regular guy for everyone else.

Nobody questions when I go to the men's restroom, nobody guesses that I have a boyfriend and sometimes I even go out with old feminine/unisex clothes I used pre-transition. Do I have any advice on how to achieve that? To my surprise, not really. I just dress masculine, have masculine haircuts and hide my breasts... That along with testosterone for more than a year.

Some days yes, others not so much.  I gave up trying to be Jackie Kennedy or Mrs. Cleaver or Bettie White or Doris Day.  I've settled in to late middle age gracefully, much like my own mother who passed in 1999 at 58.

Today I stopped at the gas station after work to get gas for my truck and the station had a couple of guys working trying to get you to sign up for a credit card.  Anyway the one came up to me and called me "Ma'am".  That was nice confirmation.

The last time I had my hair done the 2 ladies helping me were surprised that I was trans. My neighbor first approached me to try to figure out if I was male or female. In Malaga Spain I got into a bit of an argument of which restroom I was supposed to use, the guy kept telling me that the woman's was open.

I really don't see it myself but it kind of looks like I do pass.

I'm in blighty and two different guys called me "darling" today. I was covered in stone dust with wild hair at the time, throwing buckets of rock and dust into a dumpster. All glamour!

At my job this morning at the local grocery store where I'm a manager, since the ice cream was selling real fast, so I was helping stock, a number of men and women were asking if I was the Ice Cream Lady (I also had my popsicle earrings in as well)?

However the biggest shock was when this little girl, like two years old or there about, after her dad was asking her where "Mommy" was, and the little girl pointed at me and called me "Mommy"!  Of course the dad had to tell her that I wasn't her mommy.

Nightwish rocks! And Floor's vocals have the range of a Pat Benatar with the emotive qualities of Janis Joplin. Great choice in idols.
