I've been a long term pursuer of body imaging and fitness,
Going from 279lbs down to 136 lbs over 2 years
of habitual gyming and dieting.
But im curious about waist training as MTF.
At the moment im pre everything but finally i start HRT,
I dont expect to see the fat redistribution effects till further
in due to the fact everyones body processes it differently.
From what i've noticed most people don't really see "hips"
till 6months+ and ive seen for some it can be even longer.
Obviously this is based on chimestry of the body, diet, exercise,
Etc.

Feel free to offer advice or feedback on what i should expect
Or your experiences with hormones.
But the main question...
Does waist training/cinching work?
Does it provide long term effects?
