I made a pavlova for the BBQ last night. It had a layer of fluffy meringues, a layer lemon custard, a scattering of fresh raspberries and topped with whipped cream, more raspberries, white chocolate and candied orange peel. I'm gutted I didn't take a photo to upload. I'm more gutted it didn't survey be the journey and became an Eton mess! 🙁 Tasted good but it lost its ooommpphh xx
