After googling it, it turns out the meaning is completely different than I remember - the opposite as a matter of fact.  So, first I apologize for my ignorance and secondly I re-coined the phase to a person is totally cool and awesome!

Some of the best ones that fit (me) are 7 for all Mankind and Koral (my fave), both which contain spandex and are true to size. They also both give a bit of boost to the caboose.

The trick to getting them off is to get them around your ankles and stand up and push them off with your feet..
