HBO’s “Here and Now”

Has anyone been watching the series "Here and Now" on HBO. Interesting set on characters.  First time I heard mention of gender fluid on television.
It focuses on a multi racial family, though there are aspects of of other cultures, such as Muslim family with a gender fluid son, who they accept with love.
