I know there are a lot of factors on how fast changes will come when you go on T, but if I went through a late puberty the first time around does that mean that when I go on T it will also be late or in this case will the changes be slower?

@ spence:   In my opinion, whether your changes are fast or slow can not be easily predicted.... your BODY will change at it's own speed.  What you hear about others results have little bearing on what will be true for you.

Any of us that transition want quick and significant results and it can turn out that way but in my own experience with HRT it was slow and steady.
Patience is required but you will get to your goal but at your body's own pace.  Your doctor will look at your frequent blood tests to safely adjust dosages.  Patience is a virtue.
Best wishes in your transition.

No.

My "first" puberty was extremely late and yet the changes on T were fast. Probably because I had low E in my system at the time of HRT.

I second Kylo.

Whether or not you are kickstarted into puberty depends on the make up of your hormones. This time, you are injecting/applying hormones more or less artificially. It isn't possible to know how your body responds to this ahead of time, but first puberty isn't indicative, imo.
