Okay so I was hoping someone here would know of someplace I could go to to find out what doctors in my area offer hrt and accept Medicare. I'm in south florida by the way.
I ask as I had to switch doctors because the old one was to far away for me to drive any more. And I made an appointment with a new doctor almost a month ago, and then today, the day of the appointment, I get a call from her office saying my appointment is cancelled and that she is no longer taking any new patients. Because apparently she didn't know that when I made the appointment, and now I'm pretty close to running out of my hormones.
So if anyone knows of someplace I can check for doctors on my insurance who provide hrt in my area I would really appreciate it. I have looked through so many at this point and this woman was the only person within an hours drive that I could find, but there has to be more.
