Hi everyone;

As some of you know I'm very new to the forums and I know I need professional help.  For those who read my introduction know that only recently I have been trying to deal with this condition.  I have had a flood of memories and emotions to contend with and the last couple weeks have honestly been a roller coaster.

When I was a teenager I came out to four people, while I'm sure they wanted to help.  I'm also sure they had no idea how to help.  I didn't understand it so how could I expect them too.  But that was then.  I really don't want a repeat of the past.  I really would like a professional who offers trans care and knows what they are doing.

Any recommendations for doctors, therapists or clinics?

Thanks

We don't have a lot of Canadian listings, but it's a start: https://www.susans.org/links/Healthcare//

Some therapists and counselors will do Skype sessions with you if that makes it easier.

Local LGBTIQ+ groups usually have resources for your area.

Hugs, Devlyn
