I'm a 65 year old male who has been thinking about SRS for many years.  I also was a  full cross dresser for a few years.  I wear a bra, pantyhose and nail polish daily because it just feels right.

I heard about that on another site. Absolute BS that it even went to the point of court. Maybe the complainants should be charged with voyerism or being peeping toms.

Here in the U. S. there are still what are referred to as "Blue Laws", which basically are laws that are still on the books but not enforced.  Once in awhile an over-jealous individual will attempt to use them.

One example that sticks out in my memory is one that requires a lamp to be carried 50-100' ahead of a carriage.

And, in the state of Texas, it is unlawful to carry an ice cream cone in your back pocket on Sunday. Has this really been an issue?

Hi Sarah,

The bra issue was in the UK.  Nice to know about the ice cream cone.  Though while in Houston I don't recall ever getting one that didn't melt right away :)

Just to be on the safe side:

Women and the Law

Not surprisingly, many of the antiquated statutes passed in the late 1800s and early 1900s were aimed at protecting the fairer sex from unwanted attention or less-than-flattering reputations. For example, an old city ordinance in Cleveland, Ohio prohibits women from wearing patent leather shoes in public. The reason? Shiny footwear could afford a nearby gentleman an unintentional peep show.

In many parts of the country, the price of beauty can be stiff. Women in Florida, for example, can be fined for falling asleep under a dryer in a hair salon. And if you're a single thrill-seeker, head some place else. The sunshine state also prohibits unmarried women from parachuting on Sundays.

Forget about trying to publicly adjust your stockings in either Dennison Texas or BristolTennessee. Performing such a lewd act could land you a sentence of up to twelve months in the state penitentiary.

If you're a woman living in Michigan, you might want to check with your husband before heading to the hair stylist. According to state law, your hair belongs to your spouse and you'll need his permission before you can alter it. When visiting Charlotte, North Carolina, don't plan on packing light. According to city law, you must be swathed in at least 16 yards of fabric before stepping out into public. Even in fashion forward New York City, there are laws concerning how a woman dresses. In the Big Apple, wearing clingy or body-hugging clothing carries a $25 dollar fine.

Not all old laws aimed at women are intended to preserve their virtue, however. Some were apparently designed to promote household hygiene and public safety. For example, Pittsburgh has a special cleaning ordinance on the books that bans housewives from hiding dirt under their rugs. And in Memphis, Tennessee, women can't drive a car unless there is a man with a red flag in front of the car warning the other people on the road.

The anti sodomy laws are sort of like the bra law. Still, those peeking in trying to gather evidence should face lockup time for peeping. If they are using cameras, that should give them a prison sentence.

I grew up in Wisconsin, where I was told that (in the 80s) assault and battery was a misdemeanor, but fighting back was a felony. I left at the age of 18.

Well, yes.  That's where you're supposed to carry your concealed weapon, when you go to church.  You wouldn't want to grab a melted ice cream cone, when someone with an AK-47 attacks the church!   ;)

Getting back on topic, did this man from Scotland wearing a bra, also wear a kilt? And more importantly, did the accessories match the outfit? Call the fashion police, quick.  :D ;D ::)

Where did you find these absurd little gems?
Any idea how I can find a flagman before my next trip to Memphis?

Thank you for the smile of the day  ;D

The one thing I noticed in this article and those similar in the past is that the window was uncovered with the inside lights on. You might as well put a jumbo-tron on the side of your house with this in the evening and dawn hours. Get some window treatment to keep prying eyes away from your privacy. Otherwise, you'll be tagged as an exhibitionist!
One case I remember from the 1990's was a man walking around naked in his house before sunup with his window uncovered. His house abutted a trail that people used for their morning walk or jog. He was fined for indecent exposure in court. People will look at a source of light at these hours and if the windows are uncovered with activity inside, people will look at the show. Be careful!

Nevertheless, your house is your domain by most western laws. It is other people's responsibility not to peer into your windows if they don't want to see you. How hard is it to look away?

Was this guy naked?  Or just topless, other than the bra?  Would they have complained if he was just topless?  It's quite normal for guys to go topless in their home, yard, at the beach, etc..  So, if the only reason for the complaint was his wearing a bra, then the person who complained is the one with a problem.

If I recall there was another incident similar to this. The police where called for someone that was naked in their house and the complaintant could clearly see with their binoculars.
Strange times indeed.

Lol, all this is just silly!  If you see some naked guy walking around his house why would you even keep looking unless he was hot?  Even though you find it offensive you can't control yourself and have to keep looking so you need to call the cops to make him stop. Lol, whatever. People are just weird!
