I don't have problems with them but I see some MTF transgender woman do. The last woman I was with asked why she didn't turn me on. She was pretty good body and wore sexy lingerie. I couldn't explain it to her but it triggered my dysphoria. I was upset and jealous about her clothes and how she looked in them. I wanted her body but not in manner she thought. The only thing this extension i have between my legs is good for is getting rid of excess water!

We're you on HRT? Most trans women talk about erectile issues due to the effects of HRT. Lower testosterone levels cause diminished function to varying degrees.

I'm totally non functional in that department. Spiro and estradiol in combo tend to do that.

No I haven't started hrt I am in counseling getting ready too. I don't find men attractive either, I'm just caught up in my own little world right now.

Right there with you, sis! After a year of HRT my libido is just starting to come back. Just not wanting to be with a woman that wants me to perform in a male role. I've been with men, just to explore my feminine side. Just no attraction going on there. So I'm left with taking long hot showers with lots of slippery soap!

My libido is mostly dead, and so are my genitals lol. It can probably work if I'm super horny but I haven't got to that point with anyone.

I have been on HRT since oct (spiro/estrogen and ya it's limp in that area with no morning errections what so ever anymore(thank god)  I can still get an errection but it takes a long time and even then it's not hard enough to penetrate anything.  and the testies are pretty much non existant lol

Been on Spiro since 1993. Lost abilities to maintain 1994. Celibate since. The trade off is "I lived"

I've been on HRT for about seven weeks now, and have noticed that it only "works" nowadays when I'm really focused. 

I don't know how much of that is the hormones and how much of it is placebo effect, but either way I don't mind.

Precisely the same for me. 7 weeks. No libido. Could be HRT or placebo. This is just what I want as I feel so much better mentally!
