I've determined that I'm about a 0 (dress size) in Juniors, but quite tall... it also seems that most brands have their own interpretation of what that means.

I've looked at Alloy Apparel and Long Tall Sally, but they don't seem to go down that thin unless I'm reading something wrong. It seems that with the sizing on LTS, I'd be a 2... but they only go down to 4. Again, I could be reading it wrong.

So, does anyone have suggestions of where to get 0/XS Juniors fit jeans that are quite tall?

It's definitely a problem! I'm nowhere near as skinny as you (5'10" 146 pounds 34B and wear US juniors 5/7 bottoms,  L/XL tops and a 10 shoe) but I steer to juniors clothes because they fit my flat butt & chest, and are styled to make me look like I have some shape. A couple of my girlfriends who are really petite like you shop in the girls department. That won't solve the problem with length but it will add to your selection of other things.  Shrug. I were alot of crop pants, capris and boots.

Thinking this article will make you  :)

I love the one about not being able to tell if it's a dress or a top!

That article :p

But it got me thinking, I bet some main stream brands with a younger market might have this stuff. Looks like JCPenny and American Eagle have several options. But it's online only.

American Eagle tall and thin jeans: https://www.ae.com/women-jeans/web/s-cat/6430042?cm=sUS-cUSD&guide=jean&size=0-x-long&N=4294966026

And I was able to narrow down some Amazon searches! Technology! https://www.amazon.com/s/s/ref=sr_nr_p_n_feature_three_br_4?fst=as%3Aoff&rh=n%3A7141123011%2Cn%3A7147440011%2Cn%3A7581674011%2Cn%3A9650178011%2Cp_n_size_six_browse-vebin%3A2445378011%2Cp_n_feature_three_browse-bin%3A2359304011&bbn=9650178011&ie=UTF8&qid=1520008932&rnid=2359299011 (don't know how to make the link nicer)

Also, BuzzFeed had an article on this... not as helpful as good old fashioned digging, but there are options! https://www.buzzfeed.com/norawhelan/tall-girl-jeans-stores

Now you're thinking! I know you can order almost anything you want from Levi's and Kohls/Mudd line may come in a long length/

Ok, so I finally went and tried some on IRL. I'm almost positive I was interpreting the online measurements wrong because I fit a 10/11! But good to know that I'm not some extremely freaky size now. As expected, the jeans in the department stores were a bit short on me, but good to know my size now.
